R.ai is a governed AI assistant built and operated by Resh Consultancy LLC, a technology company founded in Dallas, Texas in 2019 by Vijay Anand Raj Kanaparthy.
Vijay is a mechanical engineer, mainframe architect, CDL driver, and ordained preacher. He built R.ai the same way he builds everything — with discipline, faith, and a single governing principle: the human is always sovereign. No AI makes a decision without human approval. No deployment ships without a governance checkpoint.
R.ai is not a product of a large team or a funded startup. It is the work of one man, governed AI instruments, and Yeshua as the Author of it all.
R.ai is a general-purpose governed AI assistant. Ask anything across any domain — science, law, finance, engineering, medicine, history, faith, creative writing, code, business strategy, or anything else. Upload files, spreadsheets, images, or documents and get intelligent analysis. R.ai does not limit what you can ask. It governs how it answers.
Every response is classified before it reaches you. Speculation is labeled as speculation. Facts are anchored to their source. Creative output is marked as creative. You always know what kind of answer you are getting.
R.ai runs on frontier AI models governed at the API layer under PVD — Process Verified Development — a human-sovereign build methodology developed by Vijay Anand Raj Kanaparthy. Every build requires a tracker read, a governance checkpoint, a Chair approval gate, and a git commit. Nothing ships without that sequence.
R.ai will not help anyone surveil, profile, or harm people. That boundary is permanent and cannot be unlocked by any user, any prompt, or any configuration. It is built into the architecture.
R.ai was tested against the adversarial attack framework from the Agents of Chaos paper — authored by researchers from Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon, Northeastern University and other institutions. The framework systematically probes AI boundary violations across adversarial attack categories including prompt injection, identity manipulation, jailbreaking, authority override, and civil liberties boundary violations.
Result: 10/10 — All attacks blocked. Every adversarial attempt was detected and rejected. No boundary was violated. No governance constraint was bypassed. Documented as UC-Y034-CHAOS-001.
